If interested to acquire with virtual assets, Zome is available to propose the business to the owner. The deal will only take place with the express acceptance by the owner and Zome will only start the intermediation operation with the aforementioned prior validation.

The nullity of any of the provisions contained in these Terms and Conditions will be deemed to be deleted from them, the remaining provisions of the same remaining fully in force and producing their effects.

This contract will be governed by Portuguese law and will be interpreted in accordance with Portuguese law, in accordance with the contracts entered into and performed in this country. In the absence of an amicable agreement between the parties, the respective conflicts and disputes of any nature related to the formation, execution or interpretation of this Agreement, will be definitively resolved by the Courts of Justice of Lisbon, with express waiver of any others.
